Open Access Policy

Our journal follows a full open-access model, allowing authors to retain copyright while ensuring immediate, unrestricted publication of their work. Published papers can be freely deposited in any repository. Reuse is permitted under proper attribution.

Research Results

We strongly condemn fabrication, falsification or selective reporting of data with the intent to mislead or deceive. The derivation of data, methods of analysis and results of research should be recorded clearly in order to allow external review.

Authorship

All persons making a significant contribution should be recorded as authors. Others who facilitated the work should be acknowledged. We encourage use of CRediT statements to clarify the responsibilities of authors: https://credit.niso.org/. Authors should insert a full list of their current institutional affiliations.

Competing Interests

We require that authors, referees, and editors declare any conflicting or competing interests relating to a given article, and all submitted manuscripts should include a ‘Competing Interests’ statement

Plagiarism

Any kind of plagiarism as well as reproducing text from other papers without properly crediting the source, or producing multiple papers with almost the same content by the same authors, is unacceptable. Authors may present results obtained only by themselves and should cite all sources that have been used in obtaining the data and results presented in a paper.

Duplicate Submission

Simultaneous submissions of the same manuscript to different journals are not acceptable. Such papers will be immediately removed from the list of papers under evaluation.

Corrections and Retractions

By submitting their paper, authors undertake an obligation to provide prompt retractions or corrections of errors in published works.

Peer Review Policy

  • The manuscript should not be submitted to different journals at the same time.
  • Manuscripts should be within the scope of the journal.
  • All manuscripts are reviewed by two experts as suggested by the editorial board, and reviewers’ comments must be clearly addressed in case resubmission is invited.
  • In some cases, Editors can invite additional reviews.
  • The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision on the manuscript based on the referees' reports.
  • Authors are notified promptly about the decision made.
  • Submitted manuscripts are considered confidential documents.
  • Editors and reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest (competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with authors). In such cases, they are removed from the evaluation process.
  • The review process is confidential and the names of persons involved are not disclosed.
  • Authors should submit the final version of the paper prepared in the journal format and style (see Submission Guidelines for Authors)
